How long does a registration last?
A registration runs for one year and renews yearly. The renewal date for every domain you own is shown in your dashboard, with a reminder before it falls due.
Can I use a domain I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Add the domain, copy in the verification record and the CNAME we show you, and it starts serving your site as soon as we see the change. There is no charge for connecting a domain you already own.
Do I need an account to search?
No. The search on this page queries our registrar without signing you in. You only need an account when you want to complete an order.
Where do the prices come from?
Each price is quoted live for the exact name you searched, so a premium name shows what it really costs instead of a headline rate that changes at checkout.
Can I move a domain here from another registrar?
Yes. Unlock the domain at your current registrar, bring its auth code, and we verify the domain is transferable before taking payment. The transfer adds a year to the registration.
What do I have to do about HTTPS?
Nothing at all. The certificate is requested automatically the first time a browser asks for your domain and renewed from then on, for the free Lumiopage address as well as your own domain.
